Our family really loved this meal! I cooked chicken strips in olive oil with italian seasoning and used organic rigotta cheese. It was a little bit of work, but WELL worth it -- a great family dinner.

My husband actually made this one and he loves it. Tasty, but a little labor intensive.

I would use less green peper, it is too overwhelming! But, other than that it is wonderful!

I used cottage cheese instead of ricotta and it was very good.

I made this for my fiance and I and we both enjoyed it. Made it just as instructed. Will most likely make again since there is only two of us and there's no sense in making a whole lasagna.

My kids who a very picky eaters loved it. I used chicken breasts that I cut into strips. I didn't have any ricotta cheese so I improvised with Mozzarella and Parmesan. It was cheesy and a good flavor. I made seven rolls and my eight year old son ate four.

This recipe is excellent! I make it without the chicken & my family eats it up. Easy to make & I think it is less messy to eat & to make than lasagna.

I boiled chicken breasts instead of the pre-made, it definately needed the 'italian' flavoring. Other than that, I got rave reviews!
