My husband and I really enjoyed this recipe. I used whole wheat lasagna nooldes to help make this a little health friendly. I loved how easy it was to make and e-mailed the recipe to my daughter.

Coming from somebody who doesn't cook, bake, etc... I found this meal to be very easy to make and suprisingly delicious.

The recipe is easier to make than regular lasagna. Try using chopped meat or Italian sausage instead of chicken. It works just as well.

Everyone loved this! I did think the prep took a little longer than I like, but serving this "lasagna" is much easier than the traditional. I added baby spinach to the recipe as well. I did not use the suggested chicken strips (sounds difficult to eat with strips in it). Instead, I seasoned a chicken breast and chopped it up. I will probably not even use chicken next time, as I try to cut out meat where ever I can. :)
