very easy and good. kids loved it. i will probably add some chicken next time and maybe a little more milk. it will definately be a regular cold weather meal!

I live with some very picky guys and when I mentioned that I would be trying a Mac and cheese soup I got some very weird looks... But they all loved it... Even went back for seconds and thirds... Next time we are thinking of adding some ground beef to the recipe...

Exceptionally good. I doubled the recipe and used a green pea and carrot veggie blend. I also added pepper and garlic powder. I was going to add ham. However, my hubby wanted to try the original recipe first. It would be excellent as well with the addition of chopped ham, bacon, ground hot or s p i c ey sausage or chopped smoked sausage.

this recipe was quick and easy to make and absolutely delicious! only a small amount leftover.will definitely make it again.a good comfort food.will try adding some meat next time for some variety but it really doesn't need it!!

I liked it because it was easy to make with the ingredients on hand. It could be served as a main dish with it's variety of pasta, cheese & vegetables. I love the creative thinking of these recipes. they are wonderful

easy, quick, and bound to be a favorite with kids--you can use different vegetables and/or add some lefover meat (ham or chicken or turkey)
