Made 11/2004. My husband & I really liked. I used one can of Rotel - Chili Fixin's Style - and didn't add the chili powder. I'm thinking of baking this the next time - assemble the ingredients and then bake for 30 minutes - see how that turns out!

our family loves this, even though my husband doesn't care much for casseroles. for a change i add whole kernel corn so my picky 9 year old will get his share of veggies

We have this every week. It is a great recipe. I do use more chilli powder than when's called for because my son (whose 2!), husband, and I love spicy food.

It was good the family enjoyed it. Our family is one that likes a lot of bold flavor so next time we will use more seasoning.

I added sour cream to my dish. I was disappointed because it was not as flavorful as I had expected.

I gave this recipe 5 stars due to its simplicity and good taste. I did alter a few things, though. Since I find Velveeta too salty, I subbed Kraft American Cheese Singles. I also used a generic salsa, and it worked fine. However, I think it could be improved by adding some chopped green bell pepper to the meat (after draining it). A true YUM, YUM!!!

This was really good. We ate it with some spicy beans with home made green tomatoe ketchup on the beans and tortilla chips
