I have made this for several years. My husband and kids love it. The kids like crumbling the chips into their soup.

Fast and tastes great, I read reviews before I made mine and it was really good with the taco season, chili powder, and cumin, I want to try to add some beans next time, but it was really good without!!!

I think the recipe as given is kind of plain, so I added a can of black beans, a can of kidney beans, and about 2 cups of white rice. I also added a taco seasoning pack. The end result was delicious! This is a very simple and quick recipe.

This soup was fantastic. Every month I search kraftfoods.com for recipes to cook for my monthly Board of Directors meetings. I made this soup last month and everyone loved it. I even prepared it at work in the kitchen during the day while I was working. The only change I made was adding the rice to the soup to thicken it up just a bit and I let it simmer in my crockpot on low for about 5 hours while I worked. The smell was heavenly throughout my entire office and everyone (who wasn't attending the meeting) wanted some. I put side dishes out, one with shredded cheddar cheese, another with sour cream, tortilla strips and the last one with tortilla triangles....would definitely make this again

This soup is wonderful and super easy. I also made it with cooked chicken and chicken broth and we liked it even better.

my family of five loved this recipe!! i boiled the ground beef with the beef broth and taco seasoning(instead of browning it), added onions and a can of kidney beans. then we topped our soup with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced olives and crushed corn chips(since i didn't use tortilla chips in the soup) YUM YUM!!! =)
