This recipe was really easy. I would suggest a salad to round out this soup. You could also add more ingredients such as sliced mushrooms, diced green, red, yellow, or orange peppers, and diced onions. You could even change the meats (chicken or turkey), the broths (chicken or vegetable), or even black or red kidney beans (for vegetarians), and even add spices (cumin, chili powder, corriander, cilantro). My family loved it!!
