This is a great recipe for a fast meal, and kids love it! I made mine with chicken breast that I had pre-boiled and shreded. I also added a can (drained) of sliced olives.

SUPERB!! My husband, who 'hates' soup, loves this! He even asks me to make it again!

Even MY picky family chowed this one down. From my 83 yr. old Gradmother to my 10 month old. I used 1 jar med salsa & 1 mild for perfect level of heat. I serve it w/ chunked tomato, olives, avacado, sour cream, hot sauce, and different flavored tortilla chips-to add a personal touch. Try it with leftover chicken and chicken broth instead. An easy throw-togetfer, sure to be a hit at a pot-luck.

Excellent. Kids and adults loved it. I used medium salsa and 1-1/2 lbs. of burger meat.

Taking a hint from a local restaurant, I added in crumbled tortilla chips to the top along with a dollop of fat-free sour cream and feta cheese and it is just marvelous --- (trust me, feta adds wonderfully to the flavour of the soup) --- I make it weekly too and just adore it --- for my veggie friends I skip the beef and use kidney beans and it is just as good! --- this recipe is so versatile is is just a base to play with!!!!

I substitued Chicken w/ chicken broth and 2 cans of diced tomatoes instead of the salsa.... One can w/ Green pepper, onion, and celery and the other w/chilies. Makes it very tasty esp. if you want it to be a healthy alternative. WE LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
