This recipe was really easy. I would suggest a salad to round out this soup. You could also add more ingredients such as sliced mushrooms, diced green, red, yellow, or orange peppers, and diced onions. You could even change the meats (chicken or turkey), the broths (chicken or vegetable), or even black or red kidney beans (for vegetarians), and even add spices (cumin, chili powder, corriander, cilantro). My family loved it!!

taste great! we used homemade salsa to cut the salt; chkn and 100% fatfree chkn broth, green onions, salt-free tortilla chips, skim milk cheese and cilantro! Hint: crush a cup chips and put it in the soup while it's cooking. ;)

This soup was absolutley delicious! I made it when I got off work, it was simple to make, and didn't take up my whole evening.
