Instead of the regular ingredients these are some of the things I put in my soup: Chicken breast chunks, Chicken broth, Velvetta cheese, Sliced tortilla strips, cooked, Cheddar cheese, Cilantro

Super fast and delicious. Makes a large amount. Four of us ate it and still had some for the next day. It will be one of our favorites. We have become addicted to this soup!!!

Fabulous, my husband says this is his favorite soup. The best part is it is so easy and the flavor is great. I put Tortilla chips in the bottom of the bowl before adding soup then cheese on top-delicious

Excellent for a quick meal when you are in a hurry. Easy to prepare especially for someone not really experienced in the kitchen like me. Of course, it can't replace the original Mexican recipe, but then it is not suppose too. (add a little cilantro)

My family likes this soup, and I've made it a few times now. I've also added extra salsa to it and sour cream for a tasty variation.
