This is really good and very easy. You can make it spicy or mild, depending on the salsa used.
I would make this one again. It is almost like taco soup but doesn't take as long. We add cream corn with the whole corn and some honey and seasoning. It was a great hit at my house and my husband and 2 boys said make it again. It was great.
I make this recipe and add my own little "mexican" touches. Taco seasonings are added to the ground beef. Also added is a can of rotel diced tomatoes and a can of ranch style beans. With all of the juices from each canned ingredient, this makes for a very hearty and flavorful soup. Ladle over tortilla chips, add cheese and sour cream!!! Very good meal.
This is my faverite soup,and sooo easy to make, I subtitute the beef for ground turkey, and it is just as good!!!
Our new favorite!! I just made this dish for the first time and we all LOVED IT!! I used 2 lbs of hamburger and added black beans for a meatier soup. Fast, cheap, easy, and delicious!
This recipe is so simple, quick and tastes delicious. It is very easy to double or triple for a crowd. I will add black beans next time and replace the beef with chicken strips. I made it for a party and it was a hit. I will definitely make it again.

The recipe was great & we all loved it! We did add taco seasoning to the beef & sliced pickled jalapenos for that extra spicy kick which made it even better.
