My family loves it. They say it taste as good as any deviled crab they have gotten at a restaurant. I love it for the taste, it's easy to make and it is a quick meal. You do have to be carefull and drain the crab very good or the patties are to moist and will not stick togheter.

you may need to add some onion or red pepper flake to the mixture the important thing is low-medium heat because they will burn in 3 minutes if you dont once you put them in the pan let them cook dont touch them or try to turn them just let them cook on low-medium heat I like them i will cook them again but next time I will put 3 cans of crab meat

I made this recipe last night with rave reviews from my family. I used a non-stick pan and sprayed it with a small amount of olive oil/canola blend and then added 1 Tbsp. of butter to each batch instead of all the butter the recipe called for. I also added extra crab meat and cooked them until crisp and golden color. My family devoured them! Thanks again for another great recipe !

my family is trying to use less fat so the next time I'm going to try and spray the pan instead of using butter or margine

I TRIED THIS RECEIPE FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST NITE AND IT WAS DELICIOUS. I ADDED A LITTLE MORE CRAB MEAT AND A LITTLE SEASONED SALT,GARLIC POWDER AND SOME CORNMEAL AND IT WAS GREAT. I HAD SOME OF THE MIXTURE LEFTOVER SO I WILL BE MAKING MORE TONITE AND I AM GOING TO ADD CHOPPED ONION. DEFINITELY A WINNER.
