Have made this half a dozen times and its a HIT with everyone. So quick and easy to make and is delicous with a squeeze of lemon served with thousand island dressing or "louie sauce" if you can find it. Try it you will be surprised!

I made these crab cakes tonight for dinner, WOW what flavor. I used my eletric griddle, and cooked asparagus with it. How nice and simple. It got to 110 here today and using my eletric griddle didn1t seem to heat the house at all. I made a lemony ranch dip to go along side. I think I`ll try shrimp the next time. GOOOOOOOOOOOOD EATIN : ) from northern Ca.

The name says it all, this was very quick and easy to make even for me, a 17 year old. I added green onions for some extra flavor and it was delicious!

this was a very easy and delicious dish to make! my husband who is a picky eater looooved it and even had seconds. I was worried it was going to be bland, but the corn bread stuffing added extra flavor. I used imitation crab meat and it was still delicous.

Quick and easy! I also doubled the crab. I REALLY like to use Salmon in the recipe. I too call them "Crabby Patties" and my kids LOVE them. I think Tuna Cakes are good also!

You have got to make this! I just added to the amount of cracker crumbs, this made the cakes easier to handle. Definitely a winner! Thanks Kraft.
