I made this for my husband and myself, and my husband loved it. I thought it was ok, considering I don't eat seafood, thats pretty good. I served it with coleslaw and baked beans and it was a nice meal. This will probably go on our monthly menu. I think it would be a good meal for guests. I put the cakes on a plate and arranged the lemon wedges around it and added a few sprigs of parsley. Very pretty!
