i love spinach and pasta, but overall no one in my family really cared for this recipe. There's different strong flavors and it's just a bit odd.

The dish has too much mustard.On the first day it tasted toomustardy and I added chicken broth and milk to correc the flavor. I must admit that on the second and third days the flavor is less mustardy and the dish is much better.

it's not very impressive at the first day, but taste much better the next day when the cheese have time to be aged.
