Delicious! I have never made a microwave meatloaf before but this was so quick and easy - much easier than using the oven and just as tasty! Also, I used more bbq sauce than the recipe recommended.

It was very easy to make. My Husband loved it. This will be a new favorite in our house. I added onion soup mix to mine and it was great.

I slightly changed the recipe as we don't care for green pepper and I just used catsup. I would recommend making meatloaf in a ring shape as it cooks more evenly and would only take 10-11 minutes to cook.

Am inexperienced cook. First time try at meatloaf. Family loved it. Moist, flavorful, and enjoyed even by non-meatloaf lovers. Used oven method and ketchup in mix with barbeque sauce poured on top of loaf. Served with sweetened stewed tomatoes. Delicious!

My husband doesn't normally like meatloaf, but he liked it so much he cleaned his plate & went back for seconds.
