My fiance and I both loved it. I covered the cornbread with a layer of refried beans (like you would do with tomato sauce on a traditional pizza). Then I topped it with the beef and cheese, heated, and served with sour cream. It turned out really delicious!

made this for supper tonight & we loved it. Used jiffy for the "crust" and put a layer of salsa on before the meat. Added some onion, peppers, on garlic powder to the meat, also added chili powder and a few other seasonings, But I always do when I make tacos (we like it spicey)

I wouldn't make this for entertaining people I need to impress. But that is only because this being a "pizza" is misleading. You can't pick it up and eat it like that. The crust falls apart badly. We ate it with a fork. I did add salsa and lettuce after all baking and it tasted GREAT!!!

Excellent recipe. I have made this as written. The last couple of times, I used a layer of salsa for the pizza "sauce" before layering the cheese, meat and rest of cheese. Gave it a great kick! Awesome flavor!

This has become a family favorite!! We usually make it once every couple weeks and my kids fight over who gets the last piece!! Definitely would recommend to people with kids, very easy and not expensive.

What a great idea! My family really enjoyed this dish. I used a cornbread casserole instead of just cornbread which added a bit more flavor and moisture.

My husband said he could eat the whole pan, it was that good! Very easy to make. I used eggbeaters and skim milk, when making the corn bread muffin mix. Topped w/ salsa only. Will make again!

My 3 older kids (11,10,9) ask for this recipe often. It is easy to make and can be as plain or as "doctored" up as you want it by adding salsa, sour cream etc.
