So easy! I do not use lettuce on ours, but that is the beauty of this pizza, you can add whatever you like!

Excellent and very easy to make! I added a small can of green chilies to the corn bread batter to give it a little kick. I also added tomatoes on top. Will definitely be making it again.

This was a huge success, added some salsa and peppers to the cornbread while it was cooking! So tasty! Even my youngest had thirds!

I wasn't much of a fan, but my boyfriend (definitely a meat and cheese kind of guy) loved it. The crust was much too crumbly for me. I might try it again with two boxes of cornbread mix.

My family really liked this one. I did what others suggested and added refried beans on top of the corn bread and a layer of salsa on top of that. I also added tomatoes and sour cream on top after it baked. It really heated up good for leftovers.

Good, but the cornbread became crumbly. Its a nice alternative to tacos.
