Delicious and moist. I substituted some oats cereal in place of the nilla wafers. My family eats the bread in one or two days:)

Cookies made it too dry. Odd taste

Turned out great. It has more flavor if you use very ripe bananas, I added an extra banana and 1/4c milk like others have said and it is very good.

This was sooooo delicious! I substituted graham cracker crumbs for the Nilla crumbs and it turned out awesomely! Love banana and graham together! *****

I add 3 bananas instead of 2. I also put 2 tbsp. of flaxseed power.

Great recipe. I will be making it again!! My children love chocolate chips in the recipe instead of the nuts. It turned out great!

I will add cinnamon the next time I make it, but it was really very good even without it.

The banana-walnut bread is wonderful when it comes to having company, for tea or a social hour. I would use this recipe on any given day.
