Very, Very Good, and Super Easy!!! I only made a few changes to this recipe. Used frozen pre-cooked chicken breast fillets that I nuked until done (thus eliminating the coating and oven baking step). Also subbed fresh pre-washed spinach for the lettuce to add a bit more nutrition. Next time I would do 2 things differently: add 2 slices of nuked low-fat bacon and more cheese per each sandwich. YUM, YUM...DELICIOUS!!!

add green pepper slices and red oninn or vidalia slices and claussen dill slices or sweet for my husband

My husband really liked this one. Generally he doesn't care for bonless skinless chicken breasts, but he really liked it. It was also a quick dinner for those busy school days when I don't have alot of time to cook.

It was good, it was quick and easy, and I think it is a great thing for a good quick meal for kids. Instead of making burgers.
