Very, Very Good, and Super Easy!!! I only made a few changes to this recipe. Used frozen pre-cooked chicken breast fillets that I nuked until done (thus eliminating the coating and oven baking step). Also subbed fresh pre-washed spinach for the lettuce to add a bit more nutrition. Next time I would do 2 things differently: add 2 slices of nuked low-fat bacon and more cheese per each sandwich. YUM, YUM...DELICIOUS!!!
