This was a quick, easy, and delicious recipe. I used tilapia instead of orange roughy and added black pepper to the mixture. I will be putting this in my recipe box for sure!!

this was great - the dressing mixture gave the fish such a great taste that the usual tartar sauce was not needed.

This recipe is so good and so easy. We live on the Oregon coast and eat alot of fish. I'm always looking for a way to fix my husbands catch. This is a winner in taste and cleanup.

This is really easy to make and only takes a few minutes. The best part was even my kids liked it! I can't complain there. Just for my own personal touch, I coat both sides with the dressing mix and topped with some grated parmesan and omitted the lemon.

This was really good! Made this last night for dinner w/ orange roughy. Now I don't usually like fish but gosh this was GOOD! Ours actually burned in the oven and it was still so good!! There weren't any left overs!!! The sweet & tangy taste was...TASTY!!!!
