I've been looking for a recipe like this, love to order it in a restaurant. I don't have a grill and will follow a cook's way to prepare the chicken. Will use strawberries and mandarin oranges and a strawberry or raspberry vinaigrette or poppy seed dressing. Making my mouth water just thinking about it.

Substituted cantaloupe for watermelon. used melon baller . looks great!

I dont have a grill, so I marinaded the breasts in BBQ in the fridge for two hours and baked them for one hour at 400 degrees. Excellent recipe, didn't even need Ranch for extra flavor.

This recipe is nice if you are trying to keep your weight under control. The Grilled Chicken and Fruit contains 4 blocks of protein and 2 blocks of carbohydrates. Two more blocks of carbohydrates are necessary for a balanced meals, if you don't want to be hungry again in about 2 hours.
