This was super easy and fast to make, and is DELICIOUS! It has just the right mix of spice cake and pumpkin flavor, and is EXTREMELY moist. I made the frosting just like the recipe says, and it is very good, but I think next time I will try adding in the cream cheese. I will be passing this recipe on to my friends...

I used another shortcut as I purchased the cream cheese frosting in a can, everyone loves this and it is so very easy to make. If you use the cream cheese frosting in a can I would advise refrigerating the cake.

Made this for a cake walk the kids had at school and everyone wanted to know what I had made. I, too, made the cream cheese icing and cut back on the powdered sugar (added last). Was a big hit at work! This will definitely be something I make every halloween and Thanksgiving!
