I served this for our high school youth group and family. They inhaled it! I love recipes like this that are easy to fix. The cake is very moist, and has a nice pumpkin flavor without being to strong.

Great recipe. Made this to take to work and everyone loved it. Tried it using the cream cheese in the icing and it was perfect, not too sweet and a hint of the cream cheese. I will be making this again for the holidays.

This was an excellent dessert. I've been asked to make it for the church Christmas Fair as a bake sale item. Everyone who tastes it has requested the recipe!

I used this recipe as a bunt cake with raisins and it's fantastic. It was so moist and tasty. My family just gobbled it all down.

Excellent! Super moist! I changed the icing by adding 8 oz fat free cream cheese and decreasing the confectioners sugar to 1 1/2 cups...less sweet but very creamy. So easy to make and delicious!

I liked this recipe because it takes only a few ingredients and it tastes great. I took it to our church Octoberfest potluck and received many compliments.
