All cookies I make usually end up flat and/or hard. These not only stayed poofy and chewy, they were also delicious!

I have just completed this recipe and the cookies are cooling on my racks now. I have to say that this is without a doubt the easiest and best tasting chocolate chip cookie recipe I have ever tried. Give it a shot and I am sure you will love it!

Good tasting cookie. I've made this recipe a few times and always get compliments on it. Each time I've made them I've added in something a little different, both white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate chips, or mini M&Ms and mini chocolate chips, nuts, caramel chips...whatever I have in my kitchen.

These cookies came out very well the first time I made them. I normally cut the the amount of sugar called for in a recipe in half, which I did here, and they still came out delicious. This makes me think that some people who follow the original recipe may find it too sweet. But this recipe is also adaptable as I have used extracts, nuts, and candies in the recipe as substitutes. Overall, a handy recipe to memorize.

These cookies were very bland. They didn't come out flat and chewy looking like the picture. FOr me they were soft and puffy, not chewy.

i did this one with 1 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup choco-filled chopped oreo cookies. it gave the cookie extra body and shape, added to the crunch factor, and stores well too! friends are asking me how i made them not too sweet.. hehehe!

GREAT cookie recipe. It is kinda tedious to chop up all that chocolate, but in the end it is worth it!!!
