My kids and I loved this recipe. My 4 year old son helped me and loved it. The only thing we had trouble with was the chocolate stripes so they weren't quite as cute as the picture but still delicious. We will definitly make these again.

I made these for my neice's preschool party and they were gone in minutes and her teachers have all asked for the recipe! I also adapted this recipe to make the shapes into mice by shaping as directed and adding long pieces of shoestring licorice for the tail and the same mini chocolates for the eyes. WHAT A HIT THEY BOTH WERE!!

This is a fun recipe to do with kids. If you want to cut back on sugar they can also be made with Splenda and it works fine.

Very cute; the kids loved them. While shaping the bees, I did find the mixture quite sticky. I added mini chocolate chips for eyes and stinger.

I like this idea, because it looks easy for kids or for a group activitity. On that note , I work with a rose float were our mascot is a BEE ( B.G.BEE). I am going to make these for our next meeting. Thanks for the great idea!!!!!!!
