I used an extra sharp cheddar in the bread. It had a good taste, and my son loves it.

So easy and so delicious! I used a few of the suggestions from other reviews. I added 2 tsp. of minced garlic from the jar. I also cooked it in an 8x8 pan (brownie pan) for 25 - 30 mins. so that it was done faster, and easy to cut up. Tasted so much like the biscuits from Red Lobster. My little one keeps stealing leftover pieces of the bread today. I served this with a baked potato soup recipe from this site and it was a great meal.

This is sooooo good! Baked up wonderfully! Added 1/2 tsp. of garlic powder to the batter and drizzled some butter over the top before serving for added flavor! A lot like the Red Lobster biscuits!

I added some garlic & paprika to this, but people were right when they said it tasted kind of bland, however I think it has great potential still & the recipe as is tastes AMAZING with some type of spaghetti sauce as a dip. My aunt liked it plain but it's wayyyy good with sauce, try that:]

Very easy bread to make and it tastes fantastic. My family loves this bread and always asks me to make it.

Th first time I made the bread it was rather dry and not very tasty. Second time around I added bacon and a little more milk. Worked out great !

I think this recipe needs to be tweaked a little bit. I think 1/2 tsp salt is too much because of the amount of cheese used in the recipe. I will try that next time but my husband and I definentally didnt like it the way that it is. Definentally a good starter recipe for other quick breads.

I made this with the corned beef and cabbage. IT WAS DELICIOUS!! My mother-in-law was very impressed. It tastes like you have spend hours, but it takes seconds to whip up. I added an exta cup of cheese and 2 Tbsp of Pesto sauce to give it some additional flavor.
