Cheddar Quick Bread

Cheddar Quick Bread recipe
Cheddar shines in bread that’s moist and a snap to make. No wonder it’s called Cheddar Quick Bread. Warm leftovers in a toaster oven for a real treat.

This bread was easy to make and tasted very good! I had enough to have with dinner the next evening as well. It tasted even better!

A crowd pleaser. I paired this bread with turkey meatloaf and fresh vegetables. Everyone was begging for the leftovers

This recipe is quick, easy, and very versatile! I've also made it with shredded Italian blend cheese and Italian herbs. I can't wait to try other cheeses, herbs, and spices. It goes great with so many things, and brings many complients to the baker!

I found it to sound better than it tasted. It was too sweet, and seemed to need more salt. It did not have a good flavor, sort of bland. My sister made it and hers came out greasy! I wish this recipe woould come in an appetizer form for cheese canopies.

Family gave me 2 thumbs up on this great tasting bread. I used Bread Flour instead of regular flour & mixed a blend of montery jack & cheddar. Was wonderful for toast & excellent after freezing. Good gift giving bread.
