Spinach Quiche with Bacon

I made this recipe for a breakfast meeting with my coworkers. I baked the quiche the night before the meeting and covered slices heated extremely well in the microwave the next morning. Additionally, for my fellow vegetarians, I substitued Soy Bacon for the Oscar Mayer Bacon and it was delicious. It was even a huge hit with my carnivore friends. A must try!

great base recipe! but dressed up with kraft light ialian cheese, more pepper, bit of crushed red pepper, and a bit of lemon garlic seasoning (sounds weird, i know - but really can add some good flavor!) oh yeah brush the tops of the pastry crust with egg white for nice browning and i omitted the bacon (personal prefrence) ENJOY!!!

I found it to have a bit too much spinach in it, but very easy to make!

I used a frozen crust and it was still great with minimal preparation time. I used the pre-cooked bacon in the microwave and crumbled it in. This recipe is great and easy.

We all love the recipe, omitted the bacon since my son is a vegetarian. I've made it so many times, everyone enjoys it.

I like to add other vegetables like shredded carrots or chopped mushrooms.
