This was a GREAT recipe...very easy to make the night before. I took it to a Sunday School brunch and it was very well liked. I made two with the refrigerated dough. I made one with broccoli and ham and one with just sausage. I also added sauteed onions. Great recipe and very easy. A keeper.

The whole family liked this recipe. I plan on taking this dish to work for our monthly breakfast brunch.

This was very tasty. I used turkey bacon instead of pork bacon. Even my pork-loving boyfriend enjoyed this quiche. I am making it again tonight, but will use a little more cheese, including a mexican cheese blend. I did add onions when I made it the first time. Yummy!!

I made a variation of this recipe and the entire family loved it. I used 3 egg whites in place of the 2 whole eggs and 2% cheese. I also added mushrooms and chives. My only complaint is that we felt 10 oz. of spinach was a bit too much (bitter)so I will use approx. 8 oz. the next time I make it.

I made this quiche and took it to work to share with my co-workers. They all loved it. I went to make again and realized I had bought broccoli and not the spinach. It was very good that way too. It was easy to make and I will serve it again in the future. Darlene

This recipe called for too much spinach. I might make it again but I would reduce the amount of spinach for sure. My children wouldn't touch it. I had to throw the majority of it away. It was tasty however.

This is by far THE BEST quiche recipe. It sets up very well and tastes great! I tried it with a pre-made roll out flakey pie crust from the grocery store and my family said they liked that better than a 'regular' pre-made pan crust. I also use Real Bacon bacon bits as a short cut for the crumbled bacon-just toss in a pinch or two!

I make this all the time -- adding different ingredients to slightly change the flavor -- it's always a success.
