AFTER READING THE COMMENTS ON THE WEB SITE, I ADDED A LITTLE LESS THAN THE TEN OUNCES OF SPINACH AND IT WAS REALLY DELICIOUS. USED A FROZEN PIE CRUST TO SAVE TIME AND ACTUALLY MADE UP THE MIX A DAY BEFORE AND REFRIGERATED UNTIL I WAS READY TO ACTUALLY BAKE IT. VERY, VERY GOOD.
