I love quiche! It's a great way to get your protien, veggie, dairy, and carbs all in one. To make things move a little quicker you can buy a premade crust and instead of crumbling the bacon, cut it in small pieces BEFOREyou cook it. Then it's ready to go. This is a great recipe and one of the only ways I can get hubby to eat spinach. Definately a keeper.
