Turned out great! Next time I will use a bit less spinach, however.

Excellent Quiche! I made it for a couple of friends and my family. They rated it a 3-4, but I say it's a 5. You could even add broccolli! I wish that would've come to mind before it was complete. This quiche was delightful!

This is super easy and very tasty! I like to use the basic recipe and substitute the spinach with broccoli, peppers, onions, or any combination. Ham tastes great for those who dont like bacon too!

Absolutely delicious and a lot easier to make than one would think. The only hard part is waiting an hour to eat this!

This is a fast, easy and very tasty recipe. I made this for a Southern Living party and it was a huge hit. Most ladies wanted the recipe emailed to them. Thanks!

I used egg substitutes, skim milk and chopped Canadian bacon, which lowered the fat and you couldn't tell the difference!!! Great recipe!!!!!!!!!

I also like to make my own pastry. It adds to prep time but is the only way to improve this recipe!

I made the quiche for father's day and it was a hit with the adults as well as the kids. I will definitely be making this recipe for future family brunches!

Quick and super easy quiche! I added italian sausage instead of bacon, diced onions and mushrooms. Served it at a pot luck everyone enjoyed it! This recipe is a keeper.
