We made this for a Red Hatters luncheon and had no leftovers. We added chopped onion on the crust before adding spinach filling. We think next time we'll use a bit less spinach. Still an awesome recipe! Very tasty! Enjoy!!!!!

Very easy and quick dish to make. I also would not use all the spinach that it calls for and I did add mushrooms and chopped green onions. I added another egg also. It was very good. I made the same recipe only with chopped green onions, bacon, chopped green pepper and cherry tomatoes cut in quarters. I added two more eggs as well. It was great.

I can get my 12-year-old to eat spinach with ease. My husband even says real men can eat quiche.

This quiche was excellent...so simple to make...you can even substitute turkey bacon for the real bacon if you want to....definately a must try for all....

I think I would have liked this better if the amount of spinach had been reduced. Otherwise, it was very good.
