I made this for a Father's Day brunch. Very easy, very delicious! I added red peppers, onions, and garlic to it (I sauted them first). I also didn't put the entire box of spinach in it. People loved it!

If you are on a lo-carb diet, skip the crust and just spray the dish with cooking spray. It is even better reheated in the microwave the next day.

I switched the cheddar for swiss and added mushrooms and nutmeg and deleted the bacon. It was very good.

I have made this recipe many times,but, lost my Kraft cookbook when we moved 3 years ago. I am so happy to be reunited with it. It is great.

I have been tring to find an easy recipe for Quiche, this was such a great recipe that I made six quiches and took them to work, I had bought alot of ingredients thinking thats what it took. But I was wrong and my coworkers loved them!!!!
