What You Need

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. flour

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

cup milk

eggs, beaten

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/2

tsp. salt

Dash pepper

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Excellent starters receipe for beginners. I enjoyed it because it was quick. And it's not true men do love quiche. I added left over meats to this. Like ham, turkey even left over vegetables. My family love it.

I think we can reduce the quantity of spinach and add other kinds of vegetables to enhance the look and taste of the dish.

I love spinach and cheese.....the only change I made was to add some carmelized onions to the mix. Then I served it with salsa and sour cream on the side for a spicy flavor!!

If you are not crazy about spinach you should not put the whole package in,my husband is not crazy about spinach but he loved this recipe. The only thing that everyone missed was onions. Next time onions and mushrooms are going in also.

The only thing I would do for this recipe is add a pinch of nutmeg--it gives such a nice taste addition
