Great recipe, but had to use 4 eggs instead of two, used real bacon bits, fresh spinach and half-n-half- came out wonderful!

When I make this recipe I use frozen spinach(10 oz. box), I use whatever cheese on hand. This is a simple, good, and very easy recipe. I put my thawed spinach in my salad spinner and twrill the juice out, could not be easier.

Quick and easy to make. I tried this recipe using 1 cup diced ham.

Delicious! Very easy to make. I substituted fresh spinach for frozen spinach. I also sauteed onions, mushrooms, and turkey bacon in a pan before adding it to the mixture. The result was amazing! My boyfriend fell in love with it, and I am making it again tomorrow night. Served it with a side salad. Amazing.

Loved this, I will definitely be making it on a regular basis. It was very easy, and I already had all the ingredients at home! Turned out delicious

Very easy to make, but not a real big hit at my house. Flavor was okay, but nothing over the top. My girls didn't care for it, and my oldest will eat about anything.

I used ham instead of bacon, sooo good. Made it for Christmas morning.

This is sooo good...used 1c of eggbeaters for eggs, 1/8c of imitation bacon bits, 1/3 onion, 1/3c WW cheese, 2/3c shredded cheese and cooked it in a rectangular pan just smaller than a 13x9 cut into 8 squares. Served with a strawberry/banana salad....great after workout meal.

Delicious and simple. I followed the recipe exactly the first time I made it and it was delicious. The second time, I added a half a thin sliced Vidalia and replaced the bacon with three chopped Italian sausage links. I used sweet sausage, but hot would have been good, too. Both came out wonderfully and were even better microwaved the next day for lunch.
