What You Need

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. flour

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

cup milk

eggs, beaten

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/2

tsp. salt

Dash pepper

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I really enjoyed this quiche! I substituted the cheddar cheese for the "Italian Blend". It was delicious- a great way to eat spinach!

I paired this recipe with puff pastry instead of pie crust and included feta & goat cheese for part of the cheese measurement. I plan to make it again using 1/4 Cup green onions to change it up. This recipe turned out very well!

This was really easy to make and very good. I left out the bacon to make it healthier, and that also brings out the spinach flavor more. Highly recommended, great to eat for any meal!

The recipe is so simple easy to make very fast and extremely tasty. Even children LOVE SPINACH QUICHE! Everyone that I serve this to absolutely LOVE LOVE this recipe! Great for pot lucks too!

After I tasted it I knew I had to make one for my mother. It was great!! I loved it and she loved it too. She took it to work and one of her coworkers wanted the recipe. Will be making often.
