What You Need

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. flour

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

cup milk

eggs, beaten

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/2

tsp. salt

Dash pepper

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Since this is made with ingredients one usually has around, it makes a great Brunch item, or even a late night snack. It's quick and easy and tasted great!!!

This recipe is so easy and delicious! I have been cutting down on the meat my husband and I eat, and this is a perfect meal along with a fruit salad. My husband (a regular carnivore) LOVES it and has asked me to make it again!

This recipe was easy and my quiche turned out great. Next time I will use less spinach and add more cheese.

Could have used some more salt and pepper, or other seasonings, but I thought it was good.

I have made this recipe several times and everyone who eats it goes for seconds and raves about it... my husband will eat the leftovers cold he loves it so much!
