What You Need

ready-to-use refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of 15-oz. pkg.)

cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tbsp. flour

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, well drained

cup milk

eggs, beaten

slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

1/2

tsp. salt

Dash pepper

Enjoy serving MAXWELL HOUSE coffee with this delicious recipe.

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

LINE 9-inch pie plate with crust; flute edge.

TOSS cheese with flour in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.

BAKE 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

This is now a family favorite. I only had Mexican cheese (cheese with spices) available. I threw it in and it was delicious. Also, I omit the bacon to keep the calorie count down.

I Loved this recipe and will definitely make it again. I made it for my church breakfast and everyone loved it as well. I did substitute the milk for 1 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream and added 2 eggs. Also, I did not use bacon and used a 16 oz. bag of spinach instead of a 10 oz. Great Recipe!

My first ever quiche and it was excellent. Imade it without the crust and added veggie sausages along with veggie bacon as well as some adobe seasoning with the black pepper. Yummy!!!

THIS WAS A HUGE HIT, I DID DOUBLE THE RECIPE AND I USED FRESH SPINACH, MINCED GARLIC, YELLOW AND RED BELL PEPPER AND ONIONS AND SWISS CHEESE AND A HOMEADE CRUST. WILL MAKE THIS AGAIN.
