It was a great hit at my holiday brunch. I did add more egg & bacon---my family loves eggs & bacon. I will definitely make again. Thank You!

Loved it and very easy to make. Great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables and they don't even know it. Will definitely make again.

I added artichoke hearts to this, the kids gobbled it up! But make sure that you plan this meal ahead of time because it takes an hour.

This was great! I made it without the crust in a muffin pan....cooked for about 50 minutes and it was sooo good. I also used half the spinach and added sauted bell pepper and turkey bacon. I will definitely use this recipe again!!!!!!

This was yummy...made it for a family brunch & the kids even loved it! I tweaked it a little; I used 1/2 the spinach and added artichoke hearts & (lightly sauted) garlic + red & yellow bell pepper. Also used jack cheese instead of the cheddar. Really tasty & will definitely do again! Great dish for entertaining!

This was very tasty and easy to make. However, next time I think I am going to put just a little less spinach in it.
