I have made this many times, and every time, I get tons of compliments! It is super easy and tastes great. Plus, you can leave out the bacon and it becomes a vegetarian dish, and it really doesn't change the taste!

I made this as a app, Instead of making a whole pie crust I used the filow mini cups you can buy at any store. (instead of cooking for 1 hour I cooked it for 15-20 min.) It was great!

This was very good and easy to make. Perfect for the family get-together brunch. I will make it again for sure.

Everyone was skeptical since there was a lot of spinach in it and we had it for dinner instead of brunch but the dinner table was quiet and all had seconds!!

Requested this receipe last nite. Got home from the office made it in about 5 minutes. Had a frozen pie crust so that saved me time. Put it together and my family raved about it. Turned out perfect, and it's the kind of receipe you can tweek and make it any kind of way. It is a great receipe and I will count on this for my family and when I want to show off. Happy in Lubbock

Great recipe! I really enjoyed it. I did and will continue to adjust the recipe as follows to adhere to a lower fat diet: (a) used 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup cream, (b) replaced bacon with turkey bacon, (c) used whole wheat flour instead of white flour. I also added some dill seasoning. It was fantastic and tasted great!

It calls for too much spinach in my opinion, so I only put in half of what the recipe called for, I made this for a bridal shower and everyone liked it.
