Great recipe! I really enjoyed it. I did and will continue to adjust the recipe as follows to adhere to a lower fat diet: (a) used 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 cup cream, (b) replaced bacon with turkey bacon, (c) used whole wheat flour instead of white flour. I also added some dill seasoning. It was fantastic and tasted great!
