Was little worried the chicken would be a little blan but have to say this turned out to be very delicious. I am super impressed with the flavor and ease of this recipe. I too used tamatoe sauce with basil, oregano and garlic. I also added a little extra drainned canned tomatoe's in basil, oregano and garlic flavor. Next time I will double up on the sauce because it was so good. Im also going make it again using lobster and putting it over pasta.
I wasn't too sure how this would turn out becaus the sour cream threw me off but it was fantastic! I used fat free sour cream and the only tomato sauce I had was basil, oregano and garlic. My boyfriend thought it was delicious and was super impressed. He also said it tasted like something from a restaurant!
it is soooooooooooooo delicious! My husband couldn't believe it was made by me!!!!!!!!!! He thought it was take-out food!!!!!!!!!! Also my kids love it with shell pasta!!!!!
