I made this but since everyone was talking about it being plain I used Red Potatoes and added more of the cheese to it.They came out great.

nice and Crispy potatoes. But it needs some more flavor so next time I'm going to add more seasonings.

This was very good and both of my kids ate it well. The recipe is also very kid friendly! I sliced the potatoes and my five and two year old did the rest. They buttered the pan, tossed the potatoes, grated the parm., layered the pot., it kept the very busy while I worked on the rest of supper! I will make this again! We did season the potatoes with salt and pepper as we layered...yummy!

My family loved this, and we will be having it again. The only change I made was to season the potatoes between the layers.

Very good recipe. I did add garlic powder and onion powder and thought it was great. It didn't hold together as well as I wanted, but it still turned out a winner!

My family loves potatoes in almost any way you can make them. I layered my potatoes with cheese & seasoning each layer instead of mostly on top. I also tossed the potatoes with Olive Oil, Kosher Salt, Cracked Pepper, and a little garlic powder before layering. It worked out great and was much tastier!
