This recipe wasn't time consuming, it taste great and was a very nice side dish alternative considering i am a potatoe freak also!

it didn't have much flavor but it passed. it just needs a little something extra though

While this recipe was good - I found it to be a little dry. Most of my family ended up putting catsup on it to enhance the flavor. I put a spoon of sour cream on the top of mine that made it really good.

This is an absolutely divine potato dish. "Potatoes Elegante" is certainly the correct name for this recipe!

my husband is a very picky eater and even thought these potatoes were great.i used less parmessan cheese and added nature's seasons.they tasted awesome.
