I will have to try to make this again because I was really looking forward to this dish but...it just did not turn out so well.

These were so very good! I left them in the oven about 10 mins longer to allow the potatoes i had lined up along the edges of the pan to crisp up some more--YUM. So easy and looks great also! Will make again.

I made this but substituted zucchini for the potatoes and it was delicious! I will try again with the zucchini and yellow squash and I will also try it with potatoes. It did need a little salt.

The dish is quite attractive, but I was let down by the lack of strong flavor. I will try a cheese that's stronger than Parmesan next time.

I made this recipe, but substituted cheddar cheese for the parmesan. It was so good! It was the only thing at Christmas no one could get enough of.

the potatoes never did stick together the way they look in the picture=====very bland===i might try again with spices and get a mandolin to get thinner slices and maybe that will create the crispy taters in the photo
