We really enjoy a good Salad. And this is a very good one!! It is one of favorite ones now!! Very filling too.

This is a very good salad, as long as you don't have to watch your sodium intake. It is more than half the daily allowance recommended for good health. If you have high blood pressure I would recommend you eliminate the bacon.

lents itself to use so many left over chicken and vegetables that are not enough for another meal ie. cooked beets or chicken from previous nights meal

this was a vey superb salad on a very hot night for dinner. it also makes a great easy lunch for a person that is in a hurry.

This Salad is GREAT! You Can Add The Baby Chinese CornCobs around The Edge of The Serving Dish To Make it a True Cobb Salad! They Are Pretty, And It adds a liitle Kick With the Ranch. I Prefer the CornCobs That Are Cut in Halves. They Are Available At Most Grocery Stores. Enjoy!

I also add Manderine oranges and sunflower seeds or sliced almonds. I could eat this evry day & the different things you can add to make it different are endless!!!!

We used a simple garlic vinigeratte and skipped the blue cheese. My husband and I thought it was wonderful. Will make again for sure, very soon!

Add some red onion for a little more zing.
