Used 1/2 cup mayo and half peas. Great for summer.

Excellent for a party or family get together. My family loved it, however I used less peas and added some shredded carrots for color and taste, I also made extra dressing (very good). Just as a varning - I have made it twice and the first time I used caned peas - big mistake - totally different taste and to mushy.

I loved this!!! I followed the suggestion given by another person on this website. They said to use less peas. I found this to be a good suggestion. This was an easy, pretty and very tasty recipe.

If I made this again, I would add more green lettuce or spinach as there were too many peas and not everyone is wild about peas. The dill salad dressing was excellent.

I made a salad similar to this which was called the 7 layer, had green onions, celery along with the other mushrooms etc. Was topped with bacon and sour cream. Was a hit with everyone and very simple.

I made this salad yesterday morning. We had it this afternoon. Very, Very, Good. I've made layered salads before & enjoy putting them together. This recipe does not have alot of ingredients, but low & behold it has a super, duper taste. I rate it a 10 ++++.

This was such a yummy recipe. My whole family ate it and felt full after. It was even good the next day and the lettuce was still crisp because it was at the bottom.

I added sliced black olives, shredded carrots and sliced hard-boiled eggs. Very satisfying and refreshing.

Made this for Easter brunch. Everyone loved it, even the peas and mushrooms! I prepared it the night before and it did not get mushy.
