Add one or more of the following ingredients to the salad: 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey; 1 banana, sliced; 1 cup raisins; 1 cup green grape halves; 1/2 cup chopped dates; 1/4 cup toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut.

For more flavor, toast the walnuts before adding to salad. Just place them in an ungreased skillet and cook on medium heat until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Cool before using.
