I made this last year for Christmas & everyone loved it. I'm making it for Thanksgiving again.... by popular demand. Definately going to be a family tradition.

I made this recipe last year for Thanksgiving and everyone was really crazy about it. Most of the people I had for dinner didn't like sweet potatoes, but after they tasted this recipe they were amazed that it tasted so good! I made it again Christmas with the same result. This year they want me to make what they call "my wonderful sweet potato recipe". Naturally, I will oblige

My husband and I loved this. It is a great kick on sweet potatoes and yams! Even my kids ate it because of the yummy marshmallows!

Forgot to mention that it is very easy to make and that when I reheated it the next day, I put a portion in a microwave safe dish and set it at 3 min. at med. heat.

Even though everyone last thanksgiving thought this was more of a dessert I personally loved it as a side dish. I will definitely make them for the holidays again.

This recipe is great! It's easy and delicious. I especially like it as a side dish to ham. I add nutmeg and double the recipe.

Though the large marshmellows look great, they weren't practical when actually eating this dish. It was very difficult get fork into for regular-sized bites. The fork-fulls ended up being far too large, and nobody at our Thanksgiving table liked that. Would recommend using the traditional small marshmellows. Otherwise, good recipe. Flavor is rather like pumpkin pie.

This has been a family tradition on the Thanksgiving dinner Table for over 60 Years. The kids as well as the adults loved it, and it was rare to see leftovers after dinner. I still bake this for my family today.
