I made this recipe for Thanksgiving, and not only was it EASY, but everyone loved it! (I made the recipe slightly different) by adding brown sugar, and increasing butter, cinnamon, salt & marshmallows. After it was all mixed in with the sweet potatoes, I put them in a casserole dish. I then made another batch of the butter, cinnamon, salt & marshmallows, and poured it all over the sweet potatoes. After about 10 minutes, it stiffened on top of the sweet potatoes. I then baked it in the oven as the recipe called. Before taking it out, I added more marshmallows to the top, and let them puff up a little bit. EVERYONE loved this...even people who didn't like sweet potatoes before hand. They said this tasted more like a dessert. YUM! Highly recommended!
