I got rave reviews from my family and friends when I made this recipe. I doubled the recipe and there still wasn't a spoonfull left! I loved the thick layer of marshmallow on top. Once cooled a bit, it formed a crust on top with a gooey layer underneath! The large marshmallows really make a nice presentation. I will definitely make this again.

This is my specialty at Thanksgiving...everyone loved it, even the children that don't like sweet potatoes!!! Nice & easy to make!!

It was a great addition to our meal.The recipe times the baking at 15-20 min. That really is enough time. We left it in longer, and it didn't taste as good.
